Service Description

We're so happy to welcome you to our cat cafe! Here are some reminders prior to booking: - The $10 experience includes 50 minutes in our Cat Den to relax and play with our adoptable cats! It is $10 per person. Payment must be collected during checkout to complete your reservation. - A waiver must be signed for each person in your party prior to arrival. - We currently allow 12 people per hour into the Cat Den. If you don't book all 12 slots, most likely you will have other guests in the Den with you. - Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time to get settled and grab a coffee or snack! - We do not serve food but have snacks and prepackaged goodies you are more than welcome to bring in the Cat Den with you. - Please do not feed the cats human food! - The minimum age to visit the Cat Den is 6 years old. Children ages 6-12 must be accompanied into the Cat Den by a paid participant who is 18 years or older.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone or email 24 hours prior to your booking to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be given if booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notice, your spots will be forfeited.
